Injury is the scourge of every sportsman both women and men. To avoid this injury is very difficult. However, injury prevention can be done in various ways one of which is the fulfillment of adequate nutrition. Enter the food is very important to meet the nutrient as the body’s metabolic process of a person. Adequacy of nutrition makes the body of a sportsman to be more fresh and fit, especially when a heavy load training and matches. Setting the right foods also play a role in improving achievement and of course prevent injuries. Energy sources like carbohydrates, fats and proteins are important substances the body needs minerals and vitamins in addition to that also required if the substances other inadequate. In general, athletes also need additional nutrients such as protein, vitamins, minerals, and glycogen for endurance body. Adequacy of water also plays an important role so that no shortage of body fluids. Healthy and fit body can increase the concentration and of course injuries can be prevented.
